If you have any mobility issues or limitations that could pose a challenge to your service provider executing the service properly, we ask that you be accompanied by someone that can stay and assist you during your service, or 3:16 Hair and Nail Salon Spa reserves the right to refuse service to ensure both your safety and ours.

Cancellations

A 48 hour advanced notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling must be given to avoid being charged a service fee.

Special Occasion Appointments

Group Appointments

-For special occasion and wedding parties, we require a 50% non refundable deposit upon booking, and you must give a 72 hour notice of any cancellation to avoid being charged full price of service.

-Group appointments of 3 or more guest must pay a 50% deposit upon booking.

-If you are running more than 10-15 minutes late, you will need to call to reschedule as a courtesy to our other guests.

To ensure that all of our clients have the best experience that we're able to provide,

no children allowed unless receiving a service, and they must be supervised.

Medical Conditions

Please inform your technician of any medical conditions, such as allergies, pregnancy or surgeries you may have (or had), as some services may not be rendered due to health conditions.

Gift Certificates

You may come in to purchase your gift certificate.

Gift certificate's can be applied to any service or number of services, of your choice!

Please Note: All gift certificates come with an expiration date and expired gift certificates will not be honored.

All gift certificate sales are final.
